 Since its incorporation in 1986, WPI has undertaken over 3,000 wetland-related projects in hundreds of towns throughout New England. The familiarity WPI has with a large number of municipalities increases our ability to anticipate local regulatory requirements and guidelines to identify critical design and compliance components for successful permitting. Our awareness of sensitive permitting issues allows WPI to more quickly guide projects toward an acceptable design, thus reducing delays due to lengthy public hearings, redesign efforts and appeals.
Scope of Services
WPI’s projects have ranged in scope from site evaluations (for the purpose of evaluation of land suitability) and project feasibility through the wetland permitting, wetland construction, and planting and compliance monitoring phases of project development.
